Food to Minimize or Avoid for Maximum Health and Rapid Weight Loss

Avoid all processed foods that contain the following:

  • White flour products, such as those in rolls, muffins, pastries, and white bread.
  • White sugar, brown sugar, sugar in the “raw”, turbinado sugar, aspartame, and other artificial sweeteners.
  • All artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors.
  • All foods that contain trans fats such as hydrogenated oils and margarines.
  • Corn oil.
