There’s always one good thing to think about

Do you see the glass half-empty or half-full? Or are you one of those people who see the glass cracked, with the water running all over the mahogany table and making a stain that will never come out? A negative attitude, a prolonged bad mood, even long periods of stress are bad for your health. Wounds heal more slowly, your resistance to colds and infections is poor, and when you do come down with something, it’s worse. Doctors say that even if you’re depressed, even if you have true, justifiable, irrefutable reasons to feel negative (and don’t we all, from time to time), you can change your mind…and start to heal physically, as well as mentally.
